Madrona Construction operates in the greater Olympia, in which we have such a diverse collection of house styles as well as the many eras they have been built. We offer comprehensive full house remodeling to both the clients who are purchasing a new home with plans to renovate, as well as the clients that have spent years in their homes and now would like to implement some large changes to their homes.

Whole house remodels can be as simple as a cosmetic facelift with new millwork, doors, painting, cabinets, and or flooring.

In other cases some whole house remodel’s justify taking the whole house back “down to the studs” to update electrical/mechanical systems, improve insulation quality, implement new home safety systems, or to reconfigure a home’s layout to our clients desired specifications.
